Pre-Trial Discovery:
1. The Judge – Jehovah God
2. The Prosecuting Attorney – Satan
3. The Defending Attorney – Jesus Christ
4. The Defendant - The world of all mankind
5. The Jury – Jehovah
6. The Witnesses – Jehovah’s faithful servants from the beginning of time, throughout our generation today. They were originally called the Israelites, then the Jews, then were called Christians, then today known as the Christian Witnesses of Jehovah aka Jehovah’s Witnesses (Isaiah 43:10-12)
7. The Evidence – all the evidences that both prosecuting and defending attorneys present including governments, false religion, a misuse of the free moral agency assigned to mankind and their witnesses. The Edenic promise and Covenants given from Jehovah God to the receiving party(ies) have been included in this case as Exhibit "C".
8. The Procedure – There is a rule of law that exist which is founded in orderliness and is in itself systematically organized. Daniel 7:10b The Court took its seat and "books" were opened. The "books" are the written law of Jehovah
9. It is this "law" that Satan challenged. It is this "law" that states the rulership, dignity and power belongs only to Jehovah and thereafter assigned to Jesus, His chief agent. (Daniel 7:13-14) Satan's claim is that man can live apart from Jehovah because of their gift of free moral agency and that rule by any other requirement is tantamount to slavery and is a form of futile servitude.
10. As stated in John 16:8-11 - And when that one comes, he will give the world convincing evidence concerning sin and concerning righteousness and concerning judgment: 9 first concerning sin, because they are not exercising faith in me; 10 then concerning righteousness, because I am going to the Father and you will see me no longer; 11 then concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world has been judged.
11. The Court location – In the atmosphere or vicinity of the Earth. Revelation 12:7-9
12. Hereinafter, my response often is a statement for my Father Jehovah since it is and shall be proven that my Father and I are one in unity. I speak for me and my Father.

Plaintiff's Opening
1. WHO CREATED GOD?
CONSIDERATION - Opening by Plaintiff:
When considering these questions, claims and allegations, a few things need to be kept in mind:
1. Is the Bible the only source of information we use to verify the truth to answer this question?
2. Where no scriptural example is available to offer a satisfactory written explanation, then the Bible and/or the creation itself is used as a reference and source of information.
3. This becomes a very important question to contemplate, especially considering the fact that throughout history mighty nations all discovered their own gods to worship. So is this just our generation who have chosen to worship another man made god? These are the only two avenues we use in order to reason on a certain subject for a satisfactory answer. Using the Bible to answer this question, “Who created God,” initially I would turn to the Bible in Genesis 1:1 where it reads, “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” This statement is Jehovah's statement to man and shows that there was a beginning to heaven and earth and that there was the true God in existence before anything was created. But is it true? and has history proven otherwise?
For the most part, mankind has an unusual situation in that he knows or feels that he (mankind) had a beginning and that everything he sees or knows about also may have had a beginning. But now that he has come into existence, he believes that he may not have an ending and may not even have had a beginning. In other words could it be said that mankind has eternity in his/their heart(s). (Ecclesiastes 3:11) “Everything he has made pretty in its time. Even time indefinite he has put in their heart, that mankind may never find out the work that the [true] God has made from the start to the finish. Who's to say mankind hasn't always been here in one form or another?
There are very few people out there that believe that when they die, they actually enter into a state of inactivity and that there may be nothing beyond death, not even a resurrection or reincarnation. Most all humans have some sort of believe that life will continue after death in one form or another. Some believe that they too never had a beginning and shall also never have an ending. This is not only logical, it is reasonable in the light that it has not been legally proven that man had a beginning and I will show that there is substantial proof that man does in fact not have an ending.
Also Consider:
1. If someone or something created God, then who created that someone or something? And then it would be reasonable to ask who created that someone or something asking the same question perpetually into infinity. So can it legally be claimed that in the all in the never ending search for the beginning, because everything that exists, except the True God, did in fact have a beginning? (See Exhibit "A" False gods identified)
2. Was there ever a time when there was just nothing?
3. If there was a time when there was just nothing, then where did the something come from which morphed or transitioned into what we now know as life?
4. More interestingly, if God had existed for an eternity before he created anything, what reason did he now have to begin creating?
5. Are we now living in the beginning of time, the beginning of all creation? In other words, is this the first time around?
6. Where is the end of space?
DISCUSSION:
Reasoning on these issues without the use of logic, common sense or the understanding offered in the Bible, leaves us with a very shallow belief without any foundation or direction. However, when we reason that because of what is and what exists, which we do understand or can see, can we really draw the conclusion that the created thing must have had a creator since nothing can evolve from nothing? Can it be proven that this creator was the beginning of all created things including the heavens and the earth? (As referenced in Genesis 1:1). Item number 6 above is just another difficult realization to fathom. If you somehow could set a limit on just where the end of space is, then the logical question remains, what’s beyond that? Where is the center of something that has no boundaries? Is it possible that space just goes on forever and ever? Does something appear to us to be so big simply because we are so small? Or are we the relative size and all other things are in proportion to our size? When we compare the size of the earth and the creation on it, it then appears that this is the correct statement. But when we compare the size of the earth to the vastness of the universe, then we see either just how big the universe is or just how small the earth is. Compare that the earth is just 1,000,000th the size of the sun and some 93,000,000 miles from the earth. But the sun cannot even be seen from various parts of the universe. Why? Because it’s too small to be seen. The stars we see at night from our view point seem quite small and are therefore quite insignificant. But in actuality they are often many times bigger than the earth and are so numerous that we simply accept their existence as a light in the sky, usually nothing more. What you see is not always what is there. Much of what you think you see might just be an illusion or a game that really has no purpose other than to deceive. And this is loving of a True God? hmmm.
When we think of “Who created God,” this question is not new. Men throughout the centuries have done just that. They have found gods for themselves. Men have also deemed other men to be gods. Even religions claiming to be Christian (ie: the Mormon religion) teaches that men only need two things to become gods.
1. the must first take in an education on how to become a god and then
2. they must die in order for that hope to be realized.
This is not much different than in the earlier days where it was recorded in the Bible that men also made gods for themselves along with idols of various types in order to represent their gods. One such incident was recorded in part which referenced the god called Baal at 2 Kings 10:18-30. The people would worship the false god Baal even making sacrifices of their own offspring to this god, 2 Kings 17:16-17, it is even claimed that Baal was just a man made god, a god without substance or the ability to do a single thing. But is he? 1 Corinthians 8:5-6 says, “For even though there are those who are called gods, whether in heaven or on earth, just as there are many gods and many lords, there is actually to us one God, the Father, out of whom all things are, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things are and we through him.” If there are many gods and many lords, then they must have all been made, because without humans, they too have no power or ability to do anything. So what purpose is any god without someone to acknowledge it? Can it really be said that no man made god has ever created a thing. Or can it be said that no creation on earth or in the heavens has ever been made by a man made god? Simply because there is a small group of people on the earth you claim worship you does not in itself prove that you are worthy of that worship. And for this, I challenge you to justify that your worthy of your perceived value.
There are various gods alive today and in a subtle way, are still looked upon with awe. For example, in Hawaii there is Pele. She is the goddess of fire and of volcanoes. She is often referred to as Madam Pele. There are various aumakua’s. An Aumakua is another Hawaiian name - for spirit of an ancestor or a family god, often a deified ancestor. Even the shark in the ocean is looked upon with respect since he is considered the guardian of the ocean. He is often called the landlord of the ocean. Without being exposed to all parts of the world, I do not know how many gods are still in active worship today, but even though they seem to come and go with the tide and can be considered as the dew on a morning flower or that they have been forgotten, they were here and exercised an influence over those that acknowledged them.
So with all this evidence, it is not hard to believe that people today may also ask the questions, “Where did God come from?” “Who made God?” or “Did God have a beginning?” These are questions that people have questioned over the centuries and until they come to believe the Bible’s explanation to those answers, they will probably die with those questions remaining on their lips. An 18th Century philosopher named Voltaire once questioned. “If God did not exist, it would be necessary to invent him.” So like many in the past, they have created gods for themselves to aid in satisfying their quest for a spiritual relationship with the universe. It is not difficult to reason that life and the universe must have a cause. To be sufficient to produce the things we see, this cause would have to be endowed with certain powers and qualities, such as energy, organizing ability, the ability to categorize by pro-creating within its own species, artistic taste, love and wisdom to mention a few attributes. Why? Because the things observable in the universe, particularly on our planet Earth, reflect these characteristics. Now, these are not the attributes of things, but of persons. So we end up with the concept of a Supreme Being and nothing more.
If we pre-suppose that all this just came about by chance and that their origin was just pure energy, the logic of variation in species falls within the parameters of a valid explanation. If we assume that way, then how can you explain how the initial set of circumstances came to be? There is always a pre-existent something the origin of which this line of thinking is incapable of explaining. So the atheists might pre-suppose the existence of a thing, whereas believers in You pre-suppose the existence of a person. Who is to say "this is the truth?"
CONCLUSION PHASE 1 on the subject: WHO CREATED GOD?
Defendant's Response:
Because we cannot see it or completely understand it, does that mean that there is no explanation or that the item does not exist? Again we have to rely on rational reasoning which rests in the lap of logic and sound facts. A much simpler explanation is to accept the concept that, “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” Everything that we now know and can see is a result of that initial creation. The True God Jehovah has always been in existence, without beginning and without end. And Jehovah is the only person, place or thing that did not have a beginning. Everything including every plant, animal, human, angel, including his son Jesus . . . everything material, physical even including inanimate items such as space, time, light and darkness all had a beginning and thus were created.

2. WHO CREATED SIN?
Defendant's Response
When asked this question, a few things need to be kept in mind:
1. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Genesis 1:1. This would indicate that everything that exists was created by or through God. So the logical question would be, “Is sin a created thing?”
2. In the first two chapters of Genesis, we are given the Bibles account of creation.
• One thing quite unique in these two books is that everything created has laws by which they need to exist. A genetic code is also a law. Instinct is a law as gravity is a law.
• Something that is not a law but is an attribute is “free moral will.” The ability to display a free moral agency to do something helps to identify a persons reputation as well as other peoples estimation of him or her. For example, words were a creation. The arrangement of those words into a spoken conversation placed in print or thought of in meditation are not a part of the creation. They are what has been done as a result of the creation. Another example is the creation of metal. However, people have taken the metal that was part of the original creation and made cars, tools and furniture in endless models. But Jehovah did not create the cars, tools and furniture. Mankind has done this, but they followed the laws given this part of the creation in order to successfully create these objects.
• Since angels as well as man were created with the ability to display their free moral agency in any manner in which they chose, (which is different from other animal and plant creations which live by either instinct or a genetic code), the choice to do either right or wrong has always been with them from their point of creation.
3. Nowhere in the first two chapters was there a discussion of creating of anything but good. Each and every creative day ended with the statement, “and there came to be evening and there came to be morning, a 1st day. Then there was a 2nd day, a 3rd day and so forth up to the 7th creative day. Jehovah then said at the end of each creative day, “and it was very good.” The 7th creative day began with the same statement, “and there came to be evening and there came to be morning a 7th day,” however nowhere in the Bible does it ever day what took place on that 7th creative day, nor is there any place in the Bible that it says that the 7th creative day ever ended.
• There can only be three possible reasons as to why this statement was not included in print for us. Two are not very logical or reasonable since we have already provided evidence as an answer to this Complaint that the word of God is complete in every facet of its existence. It is in complete harmony with no possibility of any mistake, but for the sake of this discussion, I’ll list the three possible reasons why this statement was not included in print for us.
• Either there was a mistake in print by modern translators
• Jehovah forgot to include this statement in his explanation to Moses
• Or perhaps the 7th creative day has never ended and therefore, we are still in the 7th creative day.
This will all be presented, debated then proven during trial.
4. Since man had the ability to do a right or a wrong thing, it would be necessary then to call the wrong activity something. The Bible calls all wrong acts Sin. In fact, since Eve first chose her first course of disobedience, this first act of disobedience caused her to become defective. Adams allowing the act to go unpunished and his subsequently joining her in her act of disobedience, in Jehovah’s eyes constituted a joint act of disobedience. Being disobedient is a sin. Their defect was of their own doing. Now that they had sinned, they now have become imperfect, since they could no longer be called perfect because of their sin. Therefore all of their offspring could not longer be called perfect. The sins they had committed, increased in intensity as well as their frequency.
5. Adam and Eve’s sin affected both them and us. Why us? Well, God did not execute them immediately. Showing consideration for all that was involved, Jehovah let the first pair bring forth children. But Adam and Eve were no longer perfect; when they sinned they began to deteriorate physically and mentally. So they could not produce perfect children. (Job 14:4) The situation could be likened to that of a couple today who have a genetic defect that they pass on to their children. We inherited the defect of sin, for we all stem from an imperfect first pair. Paul explains: “Through one man [Adam] sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned.”—Romans 5:12; Psalm 51:5. Therefore, man is responsible for Sin, not Jehovah God.
6. Was the situation hopeless? Both history and the Bible confirm that left up to humans it would have been. We are unable to cleanse ourselves of the stain of sin or to release ourselves from God’s condemnation. If there was to be a release, God would provide it. His law was broken, so he would be the One to determine how perfect justice could be met and a release provided. Jehovah God showed his undeserved kindness by making provision for relief to Adam and Eve’s offspring, including us. The Bible explains what the provision is and how we may benefit.
7. These passages offer the basis for understanding the matter: “God loved the world [of mankind] so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life.”—John 3:16. “The Son of man [Jesus] came, not to be ministered to, but to minister and to give his soul a ransom in exchange for many.”—Mark 10:45. “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and it is as a free gift that they are being declared righteous by his undeserved kindness through the release by the ransom paid by Christ Jesus. God set him forth as an offering [that covers] through faith in his blood.”—Romans 3:23-25. However, this line of discussion gets into another issue that results from the fact that sin had now come into existence. This tends to get off this current subject into the program that Jehovah created in order to redeem mankind from this imperfect sinful condition. This completes this section on "Who Created Sin!"
3. Who gave you and/or what gives you the right or authority to require or obligate mankind to observe your universal sovereignty?
Defendant's Response
As I have stated in my opening statement, I require voluntary compliance and my response to what gives me the right to obligate mankind to observe my universal sovereignty is what happens if they don't? You now have those results. As the rest of the universe has been my testimony, the results of the last 6,000 years of mans rule over man has now become my supporting evidence. Man has dominated man to his own injury. Man continues to ruin my earth and its atmosphere.
4. Based on the rule of law founded on Free Moral Agency, mankind has the right to decide for themselves what they want to do without My intervention.
Defendant's Response
My response to this inquiry has been asked and answered in my previous statement that support for my (hereinafter: me and my father are one in unity, I, me, my father) right to rule is in fact evidenced by the results of what happens when my guidelines are not observed. I am the Creator of all and besides me there remains none. Creation benefits only when operated properly. Sadly, Adam and Eve abused their free moral agency and disobeyed God. Taking the forbidden fruit was not simply an act of theft. It constituted rebellion against God’s sovereignty. A footnote to Genesis 2:17 in The New Jerusalem Bible states that Adam and Eve laid claim “to complete moral independence by which man refuses to recognize his status as a created being . . . The first sin was an attack on my Fathers sovereignty.” The result of this independence from my Father is what you see remaining of this creation.
Because of the serious moral issues involved, I allowed Adam and Eve and their descendants to choose their own way of life, and they established their own standards of right and wrong. (Psalm 147:19, 20; Romans 2:14) In essence, the human experiment with self-determination then began. Has it been successful? Again, look at the evidence. With the advantage of thousands of years of hindsight, we all can say no! Ecclesiastes 8:9 states: “Man has dominated man to his injury.” This lamentable record of human self-rule confirms the truthfulness of Jeremiah 10:23: “I well know, O Jehovah, that to earthling man his way does not belong. It does not belong to man who is walking even to direct his step.” History has proved that humans do not have the capacity to rule successfully without Me.
5. Mankind only serves you because you take care of and bless them.
Defendant's Response
There is a history of those who have benefited from observing my laws, principles & directives. The Bible book of Judges is a monumental record of a band of men and women who zealously appreciated My call to action in defense of My chosen people, who had often got into dire straits through lack of appreciation for their great invisible King. My witnesses, such as Samson, Gideon, Jehu, Barak, Deborah and others, considered it a great privilege to fight for My name, My true worship and My people. So confident they were of the correctness of their appraisal of this privilege that they risked their lives to exercise it. My prophets were no less appreciative of their privileges toward Me. Kings and empires often raged against such men as Moses, Samuel, Daniel, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Micah and many others. To these appreciative men the privilege of being spokesmen for Me was a treasure without equal. They set the highest value on the call to declare My prophecies, truths and judgments, whether delivered to friend or to foe. These God-fearing prophets were experts in appraising privileges.
To name a few you may look in a book I authored some years ago. This book is called, The Bible. Look in Hebrews chapter 11 where I discuss about a few of those faithful about their service. On this list, there is Abel, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, Jacob & Joseph, Moses, Job, David, Soloman, Shadrack, Meshack, Abednigo, Daniel, Lot, Rachel, Gideon, Ahitub, Jepthah, Samuel, Paul, Peter, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John and my son Jesus to mention a few. There have been many many others that were not mentioned but have been observed by the entire universe of my other creations. In fact there has been such a great cloud of witnesses surrounding us (Hebrews 12:1-2), it has become impossible to list them all in their entirety as their names are as the sands of the sea. In each case, these witnesses have observed me without promise of benefit as I remind them all that "probably they (you) will be concealed" in the day of my anger. (Zephaniah 2:3) Along with the Patriarchs of old, those that have died faithful since the death of my Son Jesus up to 144,000 of them will rule in my Sons kingdom that has been prepared for him. Revelation 5:9-10, 7:4 These 144,000 will serve as a wife for my Son. Revelation 14:1-4
